Welcome to Price & Quality Reporting

The Price & Quality Reporting (PQR) system has been developed by the Global Fund Secretariat. This system is being used to gather information about product prices, product quality and supplier performance, to assist the Principal Recipients and TGF team to monitor and evaluate the procurement process.

The purpose of the PQR is founded on the benefits it will provide which, among others, are:
    • Provide a source of information for the PR’s to develop their procurement capability by building a solid fact-base, thus enhancing their bargaining position vis-à-vis suppliers when negotiating price and delivery conditions.
    • Provide reliable reporting on how funds disbursed by the Global Fund have been spent on products within the scope of the system.
    • Facilitate tracking that the Global Fund disbursed funds are being spent on quality assured products.
    • Enable monitoring of supplier / vendor performance.
    • Form a basis for stakeholders to develop long-term demand forecasts.
